Right off our shoreline,
canoeing enthusiasts can find some of the region's finest flatwater paddling. Other classic paddles are only a short distance from camp: Lake Abanakee, Lewey Lake and the Miami River, Lake Lila, Little Tupper Lake, the Raquette River, the Bog River and Lows Lake, the Jessup River, the Cedar River, Blue Mountain Lake to Eagle Lake to Utawana Lake over the Marion River and on to Raquette Lake.
Those interested in Kayaking and canoeing on whitewater will find no better action than the upper Hudson River and a couple of it's tributaries, the Cedar and the Indian River.
